Welcome

I'm Kimberly.

Hello! My name is Kimberly Reuter, LMHC and I have 15 years of therapy experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples. I have a MA degree in counseling from East Tennessee State University.

Things about me:

I used to live in Alaska, which was very cold and dark. However, Alaska’s nature was amazing to witness, especially the Northern Lights.  I have spent my career working with adults, couples, adolescents, and children in outpatient and school-based settings. I am an ally of LQBTQ+.  If you are struggling with depression, couple issues, anxiety, or perfectionistic thinking email me  [email protected] and we can set up a time to discuss your goals and get you one step closer to achieving them.

Providing online therapy in Indiana to adults, adolescents, and couples. I work well with professionals, young adults in college, and couples.

Invest in your relationship with yourself.

We all tend to put others first but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life. You!

Improve your relationship with others.

Be your best self, alone and with others, and cultivate deep and lasting friendships and relationships.

My Approach

The way I see it is that each person comes with their own user manual. Some of those user manuals have been stuffed in a drawer and covered with dust. I’m the person who helps you find it, and dust it off so you can figure things out. At its core therapy is about you. After all, you are the expert in your life. I am just an expert in processing by active listening, asking questions, reframing, and teaching you the skills to manage symptoms.

I take a creative, collaborative approach to treatment with each client, pulling from different evidence-based practices to help enhance their social and emotional well-being as we process this thing called life and adulting. I am always learning and expanding my knowledge base so I can offer those seeking my services the very best.

How It Works

If you like what you have read and you feel we are a good fit, please reach out through e-mail [email protected]. I will respond within 48 business hours.

I use the telehealth app Simple Practice. I will send you a link through email to complete the necessary paperwork and once the paperwork has been completed, I will reach out through email, phone, or text and set up an initial evaluation appointment.  The initial evaluation is where we discuss your therapy goals, symptoms, and direction for therapy. At the end of the session, we will discuss setting up weekly or bi-weekly appointments.
